Words (misspellings and all) from one of my clients.

I don’t do this often, but she gave me permission to post this portion of her weekly check-in form:) I sent check-in forms to my 1:1 clients before our calls, and this was hers from last week. Full disclosure: it promotes my Energy & Focus Pre-workout, and I didn’t want to pass up an opportunity to post. And no, I didn’t ask her to do this;)

My Question:

How’s the hamstring feeling this week, and how are you holding up mentally with not being able to lift? It’s been a few months now, so give me the honest truth on how your body is feeling.

Client Answer:

omg honestly, the mental block of not training for months has been the hardest part!! i was SO scared i’d lose all my muscle and my metabolism would just tank from sitting on my ass. But looking in the mirror, i’m genuinely shocked?? I still feel tight and held together. My body hasn't deflated at all, and my weight is super steady. It’s wild.

Coach Question:

Are you staying consistent with your daily gratitude, water before coffee and supplement stack?

Client Answer:

YESS, i haven't missed a single day!! these are things I CAN control. My journal gets my mind right and drinking water before coffee is already a habit. I haven’t been as good on my greens, but your unicorn preworkout is soooo good and i notice the neergy it gives me.

Even without being able to lift, I swear it’s the only reason I havne’t lost muscle. I’m not feeling foggy in the am and my doctor said it’s likely helping with the overall inflammation in my leg.
